Kardamom, cardamon
Obwohl Kardamom in der Küche des Vorderen Orients nicht so häufig verwendet wird, ist es als Gewürz für Kaffee nicht wegzudenken.
Cardamon is not so widely used as a spice for food in the mediterranean part of the Middle East, but it is essential for arabic coffee.
